**Highland Lakes Marina Has A Mandatory Entrance Fee which allows you to ENTER, whether you park your vehicle or NOT, or walk in. FEE IS MANDATORY.

$3 Per Walk-In, $10 Per Car/Motorcycle/Truck, $25 Per Van, $100 Per Bus.

Cancellation Policy:

 

  We have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your trip with 30 days'

notice or more, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.  If you cancel your trip with less than 30 days' notice, we will make every effort to book another charter for the time you had reserved, if we ARE able to do so, we will happily refund your deposit.  However, if the time you had reserved goes UNUSED, you will NOT receive a refund of your deposit.  We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to dangerous weather.  The decision to cancel a Party Boat trip due to weather, will be made on the day of the scheduled charter by BFBR management.  If we cancel the trip, you will be able to use your deposit toward any future boat rental during the next 365 days. Please note:  WE DO NOT CANCEL CHARTERS BECAUSE OF A WEATHER "FORECAST" of "possible" bad weather.

**WAVE-RUNNERS/JET SKIS CAN NOT BE RENTED NOR ARE THEY ALLOWED TO BE AROUND BOATS OR A PART OF YOUR PARTY.**

COVID POLICY/RESTRICTIONS:

   By making a reservation Lesse acknowledges that (i) while in public (including, without limitation, on and around the marina), Lessee and others in Lessee’s company and/or presence may be exposed to the virus designated as COVID19, and (ii) boating, swimming, and related activities may subject Lessee and others with Lessee to physical injury and/or death; in such regard, Lessee assumes all related risks on his or her behalf, and on behalf of each other person with Lessee, and waives on his or her behalf, and on behalf of each other person with Lessee, any and all claims against the Released Party and agrees to abide by and cause all others with Lessee to abide by, all federal and state laws and regulations applicable to COVID19, the operation of said equipment and all boating, swimming and other related activities.  Lessee understands that the foregoing assumption of risk, releases, and waivers operate as a full and complete assumption of risk, release, and waiver against the Released Parties, and Lessee further agrees to indemnify the Released Parties from any and all claims made by any person or entity in connection with the risks assumed and the matters described above.
